Me, myself, and I

On August 28th, 1994 I, Katherine Paige Batterbee was born at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. After I was born my dad, mother and sister; Ashley who is two years older than me moved to Ohio for my dad's new job. We only spent a small amount of time there but long enough for my other sister Stephanie to be born there who happens to be about three years younger than me. Shortly after that we moved back to the Lansing area where we settled in DeWitt, which is where we have resided the past twelve years.
Now being a seventeen year old in high school, my sister is 19 and attends LCC, and my younger sister is about to turn 14 and just entered as a freshman in high school. I've noticed myself change a lot as a person since my freshman year. That includes friends, hobbies, and just a new mindset. I spend most of my time hanging out with my friends, struggling to play guitar, and finding important things to do in my spare time. I'm not one to just sit around and do nothing. I enjoy going out and being adventurous, and if you ever get to know me you'll know I am always one to try new things.
Right now I have a job working for one of the state legislatures doing secretary things in his office. After high school I plan to attend a four year school majoring in psychology. Right now the schools that I'm looking at are University of Michigan, Penn Sate, and possibly Michigan State. After that I'm hoping to go to enter a graduate program and earn my master's degree. From then on I'm unsure, but hopefully where ever I end up, I'll be happy.

  1. Dear Katherine Paige Batterbee,
I don't know you very well, but I would really like to get to know you better. From what I've read, you seem like a very fascinating girl. I've only hung out with you like once, but we will have to hang out again sometime, and find something exciting to do ;) SIKE!
We've been best friends for so long, since seventh grade? And our friendship just keeps getting better. we have been on SO MANY ADVENTURES. I am so not looking forward to parting from you in this next year, stupid college. Maybe you can just come with me, where ever I go. You can be my personal manager, I know that has always been your dream job. Anyways, let's make the best of this year and live it up. I can not for spring break with you and Mary. Who knows where we'll end up. So I guess I'll see you around. Catch ya on the flip side. Love you!
