I would like to start by saying the presentations so far have been pretty good and that Macy and Erin did an excellent job using prezi, I was unaware that they were so techy. Anyways Megan did have a long presentation, which isn't a bad thing, but we should try to keep it shorter and have less slides. I definitely liked Megan's though because of the way she got the class to interact using their phones and having to vote on certain issues to help explain her point. It definitely made her presentation feel a little shorter and it was definitely very fun to interact. I also would like to point out Audrey's presentation because I had never heard of animals helping others for the greater good. It was such an interesting topic, and her presentation was easy to follow, and I really like how she incorporated the video for us to help us better understand. I also like how Macy and Erin worked together to present both sides of the argument of abortion. They did a really good job of showing what abortion is, and the pros and cons that come along with it. Suicide is a really big issue too and I' m glad Kirsten did hers on it. It provided great information and worked off my presentation on Euthanasia, which happens to be quite similar to suicide because it deals with the same issues.
Yes I agree my presentation was really long and it should have been shorter and I tried to make it shorter, but it did not work out so well. In my opinion I think Audrey did a better job than I did because hers was right to the point and it did not take as long as mine. Also, because I loved her YouTube video, it was so cute I could not help, but think it was the cutes thing ever. Macy and Erin did do a good job to present both sides of abortion. I think Macy and Erin could have done a better job of arguing abortion, but I think they felt the pressure of having Mr. McKean in the room and also, the video they showed that did not want to work for them. I am also glad Kirsten did her presentation on suicide because it worked off of my bullying and your presentation as well. You did a great job on you presentation and I learned a lot about euthanasia.
