Week 8 Huckleberry Finn Tyler E
Since last week Huck has ran away from his father and left the cabin looking like a murder scene. Huck fled to Jackson's island and ended up finding Jim and decided to travel with Jim. As they travel they continue to run into trouble, like running into a wrecked steam boat that has robbers on it and having a steam boat hit his and Jim's raft leading to Huck running into two families at war. After a while Huck runs into two con-men that say that they are a duck and dauphin. I think that these two men are going to get Huck and Jim in a lot of trouble, because they are scamming people from town to town as they travel. Huck is like Holden, because they both don't have good relations with their parents. This book is like Of Mice and Men, because in both of those books blacks don't have rights in society. I look they book so far, because Huck is always seeming to get into trouble and if he doesn’t the trouble seems to find him. This keep the book interesting. As I read this book I'm starting to understand why it's considered a classic book and why it's so popular.
