AUsten Week 7

During this time period I am currently reading the book called "Monster." This book is about a young boy named Steve who is on trial for a huge crime he supposedly committed. He is being trialed for murder as just a 16 year old. Steve is the narrator in this book in which he describes his life and his struggles to try and be free. He writes about how he is living in jail and about his trials and the events that occur during the trial. Before his first trial he was told that being in prison for a little amount of time is one of the easiest punishments he could possibly get for a crime in which murder was present. I think the rest of the book will show how he is convicted of a lesser charge than murder and how he is writing about his life in prison and how he wants to get out so he could accomplish his goals and dreams in the future so he can live a happy life with his family and friends. So far this is a very good book and I suggest that anybody who is interested in reading a good book about a falsely accused youth and his problems he faces throughout his jail time and life to become free and get out of trouble. This is a great book for everyone!
