Of mice of Men was by far the better of the two. Mice of men was short it was kind of boring but it was short. Umm of Mice of Men told a story it wasn’t like in flowers for Algernon where it was a journal type thing. Mice of men had more interesting things in it and it wasn’t just about one person’s life, because 200 some pages of life struggles of one dude tends to be extremely boring and they were always the same problems. Lennie was way more funny and entertaining than Charlie was.   Short books are nice! In both novels but mainly Flowers for Algernon society made it feel like you had to be smart and understand what is going on around you for you to be smart and do things with your life. It made us see the struggles these challenged people go through on a daily basis. Also shows how people see them and treat them and even how some people who aren’t like them, bully them just because there different like curly.  In mice of Men is mainly a power race and theres a lot more people that are involved in it rather than in flowers for Algernon But in both of them they don’t like to be alone, no one does.
