My name is Lisa Willems, I’m 17 years old, and was born on December 27. I moved to DeWitt from Grand Blanc when I was four years old and now live with my parents, Karen and Jim, and my dog Roxy. I am the youngest of three; I have two older sisters, Jennifer and Kaitlyn. Jennifer is 22 years old, lives in Fowler and attends Baker College for elementary teaching. Kaitlyn is 21 years old, married to a marine and lives on base on Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. I work at Guerrazzi’s, Justice and I babysit. I’ve worked at Guerrazzi’s for almost three years as a server, hostess, and banquet server. I have worked at Justice for almost a year as a brand rep and I babysit for two little girls at least three days a week. I am graduating in January to get a start on college and work because I’m not sure what exactly I want to do for my career. I’m terrified of bees, I refuse to ride on roller coasters, and I hate having to dress up because I’d much rather wear sweatpants and a t-shirt. I’m very stubborn and have a strong personality that is hard for some to adjust to. My goals in life are to someday have a well paying job with a loving family and for myself to be a little more like my dad.
Lisa! I love that you commented on my blog post, so I decided I should probably write back on yours. I'm so excited that we are both graduating early; it was definitely a good decision for both us! So you're starting classes at LCC during the Spring semester too? I'm glad I'm not the only one that will be all stressed out with attending two schools at once for two weeks, before DeWitt's semester ends. Oh well, I'm sure it will be well worth it in the long run! See you soon Aunt Lisa! :D
