The Curious Incident of the Dog.in the Night Time

The book I chose for the novel of choice was, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time. This book relates to the books Mice of Men and Flowers for Algernon because its about an autistic kid and some of his stories of life. Also in the 2 books, Flowers for Algernon and Mice of Men they both have mentally disable kids like the book I am reading. Also in the three novels that we read in class are about out cast main characters and in my book, Chrisputer is an out cast too because he has autism. I chose this book because it looked really interesting. Its about a kid with autism being an investigator trying to solve a crime when he saw his neighbors dog died. He is trying to find out who killed it because he found it dead with a pitch fork stuck in it. When Chrisputer was investigating the dog in his neighbors yard, Mrs. Shear walked out and saw him and she called the police. Mrs. Shear blamed the killing on Chrisputer when it wasn’t really him. This is how far I have gotten in the book so far, but it is a pretty interesting book so far.
