Week 7, Tyler E. Huckleberry Finn

I chose the novel The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain. I selected this book because it is one of those classic books thats been around for a long time and it is very well like by everyone, "Huckleberry Finn is the most widely read and universally loved work in American fiction." and "'All modern American literature,' according to Ernest Hemingway,' comes from one book by Mark Twain called Huckleberry Finn.' according to the back of the book. So far its simular to the book The Catcher in the Rye, because Huck is an outlaw of society, because his dad is a drunk that nobody cares about in the town, he lives a woodsmen life style in a rapidly advancing society even though his caretaker is trying to get him to change and become more modern, and he doesn't like school or church. So far in the book it talks about Huck caretaker trying to have him become neater and more moder, but after she goes to bed Tom Sawyer comes and gets him. They then go to a hideout and they start a band of robbers called Tom Sawyer's Gang, but everybody resigns shortly after. Huck finds out that his father has found him so he gives away all of his money to Judge Thatcher. He is then forced to live with his drunk father.
