In my novel so far Charlie has become good friends with older friends Patrick and Sam. He is still in love with same he thinks she is the most beautiful girl that he has ever seen, and Patrick is his best guy friend, but he is gay with the star football player named Brad. Brad won't be with Patrick because he cares about his ego to much so wont leave his girlfriend for him becuase it would ruin his reputation. Also in the novel Charlies sister told him that she was pregant but she had him take her to the clinic to get a abortion so he boyfriend won't leave her. I think personally i wouldn't want to be with a guy after he left me because I got pregant that is very sallow on his part.
I like this book so far it's very interesting and has some very good life lessons you could learn from it. Also I really like the book because it relates to all the books we already in class, its cool to find comparisons between the novels. I would recommend this book to any age or gender because it can interest anyone no matter who you are. I'm looking forward to finding out how Charlie changes and also if he starts seeing a girl he likes hopefully Sam because he loves her, but who knows yet I will just have to wait and see.
